Classic Inn and Suites Humble

The comforter had been sewn back together, the sheets didn’t look clean, and some lights didn’t work. The TV remote was no use because they were too cheap to get batteries. They also charge a $25 damage deposit even if you book online, and I’m still waiting to get mine back. It might do if you can’t afford somewhere better.

My online booking clearly gave a 1:00 PM check-in, but at the desk I was told it was 3:00 PM. When I asked if that meant sitting in my car for two hours, the answer was yes, unless I paid a $65 fee to go in right then. I’d booked the room for less than that. The owner has his young son working behind the counter and speaking for him. This place feels all about profit instead of treating customers decently. What a joke.

There were roaches all over the room as soon as my kids and I walked in. They started stomping on them. I told the front office, and they came with roach spray, but first they had the nerve to say they didn’t see any. I moved things around and the roaches ran out, so they sprayed. My kids and I got out of there. They’re charging $80 for this roach infested place, which is crazy. Don’t waste your money or time.

There was a huge roach infestation behind the refrigerator, and when I checked out after nearly a month, the woman kept my $25 dog deposit without giving a reason. Nothing was wrong with the room. Management is terrible: she yells at guests, says no guests are allowed, and rushes over to question you whenever you carry something to your room. She also yells if you park too close to the strange taco shells on the lot that I guess get cooked by the sun. There’s only one washer and dryer, and neither works. The Coke machine is broken and the vending machine is empty. I paid an extra deposit every day for my dog. They’re very rude to guests. This hotel needs new management ASAP or should be closed down.
