Spark by Hilton Houston Hobby Airport

It's under a mile from Hobby airport and right off 45 South, which was a plus for me. The staff and atmosphere were great, and the place was extremely clean. It smelled fresh and sanitized whenever I came into the building. Everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, and courteous. The rooms were very spacious for the price, and this budget hotel gives you more for your money than some of its higher-priced Hilton partners. I was really pleased and impressed.

I've stayed here twice and both visits went well. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. The staff are welcoming and polite. The fitness center could use an update, but it wasn't a big deal.

The location worked well for me, about a 20-minute drive from the medical center, and the well-lit parking lot made me feel safe. The whole property was impressively clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I liked the hydration station and coffee bar. The coffee was so good I wished I'd brought a bigger cup. The gym was better than I expected, with free weights up to 30 pounds and a treadmill facing a TV. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including boiled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, and yogurt. The hotel is pet friendly too, if you're traveling with your fur baby. I had an excellent stay and would happily come back. I'd recommend it if you're going to the airport or medical center. Good value and a comfortable, worry-free visit.

Everything else was fine, but the king bed wasn't very comfortable. The airport shuttle only comes every 30 minutes, less often than at many other hotels. I waited more than half an hour, and then a very kind driver from another hotel picked me up.
