Haystack Hostel

Mrs Karen manages the guests and is kind and friendly. There’s a lovely backyard, and the interior gets cleaned often, though there are some issues with roaches. This affordable hostel can be booked online, with private rooms as well as shared dorm rooms with bunk beds. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. Nearby, there’s a community center and park for walking or hooping, plus a 29 bus stop, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, a corner store, and a gas station. The codes they give out change daily. Check-in is strictly 3 p.m. or later, even though early check-in is offered for $10. The two listed phone numbers make it extremely hard to reach a real person, and getting a refund can be difficult if you overbook, pay for early check-in but can’t get in early, or need to change your dates.
