Raintree Inn and Suites

At 7pm, the guy I spoke with on the phone said he’d have a room for me. When I arrived in person, his computer was shut down, and he told me to come back in five hours. He also wouldn’t let me wait on the property for my ride. I’d lost my apartment, and he didn’t care at all. He was racist at heart, insensitive, and inconsiderate. Treat people better and do better next time.

It was quiet, with not many people coming and going, and the two night stay from Thursday through Saturday cost $150, which was good considering Morgan Wallen was playing that weekend. The room layout was nice and very clean. We stayed in room 229, but it was hot when we got there, so we left for a couple of hours while it cooled down. The door looked like it had been kicked in before. Its frame was broken and the door was loose, though it stayed locked. When we asked the front desk for extra towels and pillows, they acted like they didn’t want to give us any, but eventually brought them. If you need a quick place to stay, this will work.

We loved the sky painted ceilings and all the mirrors. My husband and I stayed here for the first time, and the room was nice and clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helped with everything we asked for. Housekeeping was also really nice and quick.

I feel safe here. The room is quiet and clean, and nobody hangs around outside the rooms. The staff have always been very friendly.
