For $63 and change on a Saturday night, this was very good value. Everything seemed to work and looked professional, so I'm giving it five stars. I did ask the front desk for five dollars in quarters for the guest laundry, but he didn't have that kind of change, so the service gets four out of five. Otherwise, it'd be perfect. No biggie!

The quiet made for a great night's sleep, and the room was spotless, roomy, and nicely laid out. The bed was comfortable, and it was easy to adjust both the lighting and temperature. Common areas were well kept, and the atmosphere felt calm, comfortable, and a little elegant. From check-in onward, the staff were warm, professional, attentive, courteous, and quick to help. Everything went smoothly, and it was clear they cared about guests having a good stay. It felt like a stress-free place to be, whether visiting for business or leisure. I'd absolutely recommend it for a high-quality stay, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

They kept my $50 deposit, and since checkout they've tried to charge my card seven times. The customer service was the worst I can imagine. When I refused to give the manager another $50 in cash, they called the police on me. My room's back door wouldn't lock, which felt unsafe in this area. They don't replace toiletries, so bring your own. A lot of the guests seemed homeless or were loud, and I was woken up every hour and got almost no sleep. The sheets had stains from unknown liquids, and there were roaches. Good luck if you stay here. You'll need it.

Our room wasn't cleaned once during the four days we were there. There were no ice containers or cups, and it took four days to get them. We didn't get fresh towels each day, even when we left the used ones out. The floors were damaged, and when we asked about these problems, the customer service was poor and nothing got resolved. It was a horrible stay. Never again will we pay for this kind of service and experience.
