I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and management treated me respectfully and courteously. The room was clean and had fresh towels, and the stay was comfortable overall. Prices were reasonable and fair. For a 2-star hotel, I'd definitely recommend it.

Room 114 was poorly cleaned, with cosmetic damage on the walls and elsewhere. I killed three roaches, found the smoke detector disconnected and tucked in a drawer, and saw several cigarette burns on the sheets. They said they had 18 wheeler parking, but getting in was a challenge. I took up most of the spaces along the bushes and hoped cars wouldn't block me in. Someone parked in front of me, though luckily left enough room to get out. I was definitely less than impressed.

We came here because of a death in the family. We live here and have a home, but didn't want to change the dynamic since we'd been gone so long. The whole experience was super disappointing, and we won't do this again. The rooms aren't clean, there are no fresh towels or washcloths each day, and if you're downstairs, noise from upstairs may keep you up all night. The owners seem normal for their demographics.

The second room seemed better at first, but it turned into a nightmare because of the bugs. I left right away and asked for a refund. The first room had a shower head with nowhere to hang it, and the clerk suggested I just hold it over my head. When I said that wouldn't work and asked to change rooms, he reluctantly agreed after insisting on seeing it himself. Then came the refund, which took over half an hour. They spent about half that time on the phone with a manager trying to process it as debit. I suggested credit, and after 20 minutes and several tries, it worked. They wouldn't even consider a cash refund and initially told me to come back the next day, Thanksgiving. No. I did eventually get my refund. They also told us not to review them online. They didn't ask or apologize, just instructed us. It was wild.
