The Rusk House was easy to walk from to downtown businesses like KPMG, United, JPMorgan Chase, and Kholer, as well as restaurants and a nail salon. The apartment-style room had plenty of windows and great light, a comfy couch, and everything stocked for an extended stay. I had the best night of sleep I've ever had in a hotel bed. The full bathroom had very hot water and great pressure, iykyk. 100% recommend.

The restaurant meals were top tier, and all the staff were accommodating to my family. David keeps the place in great condition, with a really comfortable atmosphere. It's a classy, elegant hotel. Choose the Rusk when you're visiting Houston!

Downtown gets busy around check-in, but the process itself went smoothly. The kiosk let me make my own key card or use my phone as a key. Once inside, the nicely decorated room felt like home. Valet was convenient, although much pricier than the nearby parking garages.

I was unsure at first, but I ended up loving this place in downtown Houston. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the people were wonderful. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and the George Brown convention center is a short walk away. I'll definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the suite was lovely. I just wish we could've stayed longer. The TV in the living room wouldn't work, which frustrated my boyfriend since I was sleeping late in the bedroom. The cable cars' horn was pretty early, though that's outside the hotel's control. At night the area felt a bit eerie, like a bit of a dead zone.
