There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and the place is right by the beltway. The manager keeps things clean and professional, and he smiles and speaks softly in a professional way. Towels are clean, the cleaning products are good, and there’s Direct TV. I recently lost my home and needed a weekly rate somewhere quiet and comfortable like an apartment, without a lease or utility bills. This place has worked for that.

The rooms feel modern, stylish, spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they’re quiet too. Mine had a big flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, and an in-room heating and cooling unit. The bathroom was large, and the bed was comfortable. Great service, with a $10 charge for registered service dogs.

I couldn’t use the TV because it only showed gay porn. The tub and toilet had mildew, and the AC blew hot air even set to 60. Management was rude and didn’t care to help. I hadn’t even been there for 10 minutes when they refused a refund. They said I wasn’t entitled to one because I’d stepped into the room, regardless of the cleanliness. Save your money and don’t go.

The rooms are homey, clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable. It was my first time in Houston and my last. The best thing here was this hotel, with Dennys down the street.
