The maintenance team was responsive and professional, and the location is excellent. There are good restaurants and bars nearby, Hermann Park is close for running, and the neighborhood is nice. But management, especially Brandi Collins, made living here miserable. When I moved in, they said they had “run out” of garage fobs, so I waited. I told the leasing office I was using guest parking until I got one, since I couldn’t access the garage. Weeks passed and I kept parking there with their knowledge, then my car was towed. They said I couldn’t park there, should have used the garage, and that the garage door was broken and left open, so I should have parked there anyway. They also said they couldn’t check every guest car to see if it belonged to a resident. The garage shouldn’t have been broken and left open, and they should have checked before towing a resident’s car. They also shouldn’t move people in without access to the garage they pay for. They eventually got my car out of the tow lot for free because it was their mistake, but it never should have happened. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every step and sound from upstairs, like King Kong lived there. I even got a noise complaint for watching a football game with a couple of friends at NOON. If you want quiet, privacy, or just normal living noise, this isn’t the place. They call it “dog friendly,” but having to leash a dog in the dog park defeats the point of having one. I signed a 6 month lease to try it out. I expected to renew, mostly because it was convenient for work and I was too lazy to move, but then got a non-renewal notice. I asked Brandi why and she said “just because.” When I asked what she meant, she repeated, “You’re non renewed just because.” It was shockingly unprofessional. My next door neighbor was a police officer, and if I’d been a bad or noisy neighbor, I think he would have been the first to knock, but he never did. It was a nice building in an amazing location, with good maintenance staff, but management was rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you enjoy walking on eggshells. If you can afford an extra $200-400, pay it and live somewhere else. Ps: That pic is from my cute dogs to Brandi and those dumb dog park rules.

I lived in this condominium for two years, and the conditions and management kept getting worse. Security was a major problem: the gate stayed broken for months, and my bicycle was stolen during that time. Packages also regularly went missing, with little accountability or resolution. Maintenance felt neglected, and common problems weren’t dealt with promptly. After I moved out, I was charged fees that seemed unreasonable, including $250 for alleged “stove damages” and carpet cleaning even though the carpet had only normal everyday wear and no significant damage. I try to be understanding, but after two years of declining conditions and poor management, I can’t recommend living here.

***AVOID!! There are much better places for the price. I moved in with my boyfriend, who already lived here, and hated my time in the apartment. The property opened in 2014, and it shows. The apartments, appliances, and amenities are extremely dated, with no upgrades or renovations that I could see. Our fridge’s water and ice dispensers didn’t work for the entire time we lived there. We put in 5-10 requests, and maintenance kept making the cheapest fix, only for it to fail again that day or the next. We finally got tired of filing requests and bought water bottles and used ice trays. Fire alarms and smoke detectors went off randomly. Management often gave less than 24 hours’ notice for alarms or planned outages, so working from home, I’d get little or no warning before alarms blared through calls. The gym looks nice at first, but of the three basic treadmills, all might be broken or only one might work for hundreds of residents. Most of the equipment has been out of order for months, yet they still charge an amenity fee. See photos below. Amenities are basically nonexistent. The gates break constantly, leaving residents stuck or circling the garage until someone happens to open one. After the July 2024 storm, they had to stay open with a code for almost a year. Elevators also kept going out. I drive an EV and relied on the Xeal chargers in the garage, but they’re in awful shape and poorly maintained. To charge, I had to wade through standing water and active leaks, which felt unsafe and was a hassle. When I moved out, Brandi asked if I wanted a move-out inspection. I declined, but she didn’t tell me waiving it would mean extra cleaning fees and charges. They charged us over $500. We’ve lived in several communities before and had never been treated like that. I’m disgusted by how management chose to handle things. I don’t recommend living here. There are much better options for the money!

The secure garage was a plus, and the location is good, but my tour of Muse apartments in the Museum district left me disappointed. The building and finishes felt stuck in 2014, very dated, and the amenities seemed limited for the high price. My tour guide was the exception, but the rest of the staff seemed standoffish. There was no follow-up after the tour, which added to the disappointment. The lack of warmth and modernization made me less interested in the property despite its location and secure garage.
