The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have parking set aside for Diamond Elite members. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and recognized my Diamond Elite status at check-in. I didn’t try breakfast, though it looked like the usual Holiday Inn Express selection. I stayed on New Year’s Eve. The AC remote didn’t work, so I had to adjust the temperature on the unit itself, but that wasn’t a big issue. I wasn’t offered an upgrade, just the choice of a higher floor. There were still suites available when I checked in, so I found that confusing and wondered if they were being held for paid bookings. Noise was the main problem for me. I could clearly hear doors opening and closing and sounds from neighboring rooms, and the door did little to block it. Since I have insomnia, this really affected my sleep. It may not suit light sleepers or anyone hoping to sleep past 7 or 8 a.m. At checkout I waited for a while but didn’t see any staff, so I left my key cards at the desk and went. Maybe that’s their usual process. The stay was clean and pleasant in many ways, but the noise and lack of an elite room upgrade made it less restful than I expected.

We love this location because the atmosphere feels friendly and family oriented, and the hospitality is always top tier. Manager Keiyanna is so welcoming. I adore the front desk staff I’ve met, including Jacoby and Alfred, and housekeeping always brings fresh towels and keeps the room clean. Thanks to the IHG staff for making our stay perfect.

We enjoyed our short stay. The beds were comfortable, we liked the room, and the breakfast had great options. Everyone on staff was friendly and courteous. The only issue was that one bed cover looked dirty or stained. Everything else was great. Thanks!

My family and I had to sleep on the floor because the hotel only had a one-bed room for us, despite my booking a room with two beds nearly two months ahead. We’d traveled 27 hours to Houston, Texas, and there were no other rooms available anywhere because a parade was happening in Houston. We’re now traveling home without having rested at all. The man we dealt with was rude and bitter, and didn’t seem to care. They wouldn’t even waive one night’s charge, which I think would have been fair. Their irresponsibility made this a very bad experience.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel and rooms was amazing, and the breakfast was phenomenal. Both the night and day shifts gave me the best customer service I’ve had during any hotel stay. We enjoyed being here and will return.
