I got the King Superior Suite and loved it. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a good job. They have vending machines, an exercise room, a laundry room, and three floors with an elevator. Great management overall and great customer service. Five stars. There are different types of rooms, and there wasn't any filth.

The staff's encouragement and kindness to my mom and me have meant more than they probably know, especially on my hardest days. Staying here while pregnant has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life. I can't imagine being somewhere else right now. You can see the work the new owners have put into turning the property around. They're genuinely trying to keep the hotel clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Some negative comments don't recognize that effort, but my family and I do. Thank you for making a very difficult time in my life a little easier. I'll never forget it.

The night clerk upgraded my room when I checked in very late, and when I asked, he gave me toiletries at no charge. He did a great job and offered to move me if I wasn't happy with the room. They were amazing with pets, too, and so kind to traveling animals. You can't beat that. Thanks again. I'll definitely stay here again.

The night staff has stayed helpful, which makes it clear that having someone at the desk is possible. Mornings are a different story: there’s often nobody there, and packages and mail have gone missing. Cleaning and other basic operations seem neglected, even as money goes toward making the property look better. I’ve lived here since September 16, 2025. The old team, especially Raquel, Lori, and Brandy, cared about the residents and made the place feel more functional and human. Since management changed, service, particularly at the front desk, has slipped. The rooms themselves weren’t great before, either, but the attentive staff made staying here worthwhile. My rate has gone up without a better room or better service. It’s frustrating, because this place could get back to the quality it had if management put the same care into people as the previous team did. The appearance may be improving, but the experience has gone backward.
