Palace Inn Blue Edgebrook

My 86-year-old mother has Parkinson’s, and when lightning hit our place this week we lost electricity. It was far too hot for her to stay there, so I brought her here. The owner, manager, and whole staff were a blessing and made us feel at home. They took great care of Mom and made a difficult situation much easier. This place is at the top of my list after traveling around the world. The location is brand new and kept that way. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and there were no bugs, bad smells, or trash. I’m OCD and germophobic, so cleanliness matters a lot to me. The staff, from the owner and manager to the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping, were excellent and made it clear that happy customers are their priority. I first learned about “Palace Inn” years ago at the Airport blvd. location. When I worked long hours for Brinks Armored and had a side job in PPO/ Escort Security with Metro & Hpd “special events,” I’d stop there to rest instead of driving all the way home. The front desk was always respectful and treated me very well. This place feels like a home away from home.
