Quality Inn & Suites West Chase

There were roaches in the bathroom and crawling around by the bed, more than just one or two. That was unsanitary and completely unacceptable. When I told the front desk guy, he brushed me off and acted like helping guests was a burden. No apology, no concern, and no attempt to sort it out. I've had some of my worst hotel experiences here. Basic cleanliness and decent service should be the minimum, and this place failed at both. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you're okay with bad treatment and serious hygiene problems.

Horrible. If I could give no stars, I would. Roaches greeted me at the door, the water never got hot, and the room smelled awful. The bathroom vent was louder than the TV. People were out thugging all night, with no respect or dignity. Customer service was terrible, too. The man at the front desk, ANEEL, was very rude for absolutely no reason.

This happened at 10 PM after a long trip, and the reception was awful. The clerk wouldn't accept my ID because it had no expiration date. I explained it was a UK ID with my photo and name, and asked why TSA accepted it if he wouldn't. I also had the booking confirmation on my phone and a credit card with my name, but he wasn't interested and said he couldn't give me the room. Then he started tiptoeing behind the counter to look at what was in my wallet. He asked for another ID from it and said that was all I had needed to show him, talking to me like a boss addressing an inferior employee instead of someone providing a service. The rooms are clean but worn down, and the water was lukewarm at best, not hot.

I found roaches on the bed in my room and saw them inside the elevator as well. That made the place feel like it had no cleanliness or proper pest control. The stay was awkward and uncomfortable, and the hotel's overall condition was pathetic. The staff showed no responsibility or commitment. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to check out early, and I believe I deserve a refund for such an awful stay. I will never recommend this hotel. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about guests and basic hygiene.
