The room was filthy, and I couldn’t wait to leave. The walls were covered in stains, the restroom looked disgusting, there were what looked like vomit stains on the toilet wall, and the toilet bowl was cracked in half. The kitchen was dirty, and it looked like they’d mopped the floors over dirt. I slept on my own blanket and pillow. I’m not usually picky, but I’ve never stayed somewhere this filthy. Renovate the rooms for a better experience. A toilet seat costs a few bucks. Also, fix the soda machine outside. I took a few pictures, but they don’t do the experience justice. Even the arrival was bad: the lobby smelled like weed, and the guy at the desk didn’t know what room he’d assigned me. He said the room number and wrote 216 on the envelope. On my way there, I heard a verbal argument. My key card didn’t work, so I went back downstairs. The guy seemed mad when I told him and insisted the room was in the 130s and I was wrong, even though the envelope said 216. He fixed it without apologizing.

I’d definitely stay again and recommend it. It’s very clean, in a decent location, and works well for a longer stay. The internet surprisingly works well, and the TV, closet, and hangers are ready to go. There’s a roomy bathroom with properly hot water, too. When I arrived, the kitchen was set up; I just needed to bring my own pots and pans to smoke it home. My cat loves the big window, and the workers give him affection now and then, which he loves.

My husband and I stayed two weeks, and it was surprisingly pleasant. The pool was clean, the king bed comfortable, the kitchenette cute, and the medium-sized fridge and AC were good. There were no roaches. Kitchenware is available if you ask. They quickly replaced the top blanket after we noticed a burn hole in it on arrival. The downsides were stained towels every time, only three small pillows for two people in a king bed, and no spare when I asked. The shower drained poorly, so you’re always standing in water, and they never changed our bedding during the two weeks. The price was relatively cheap, so I’m happy with the stay overall, just be aware if you’re planning an extended visit. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff are attentive, helpful, and great to deal with. I’ve stayed at Wood Springs and Sonestas for years, and this is the first place where I’ve had clean towels every day. I do wish the linens looked cleaner, though at least they’re making an effort. For an extended stay, the laundry room could really use better care.
