I picked this place because of the reviews, not the lower price, and they were right. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate me. A motel with great people working there means a lot more to me than a big name with poor service. I stayed three days, and the cleaning crew kept everything spotless: fresh sheets, clean surfaces, and a pristine bathroom. This is now my go-to for work trips to Houston. The Vietnamese food next door is fairly priced too. They should be proud of the job they’re doing.

I was surprised by the extras, from ice cream to unusual snacks like the Selena Gomez Oreo’s. The interior décor was immaculate, and customer service was friendly and helpful. This is easily the nicest Palace Inn Blue I’ve stayed at. I was impressed and will be booking again soon.

The price was reasonable, the room was nice and clean, and housekeeping refreshed it every day during our 3 days and 2 nights at Palace Inn Blue Houston East Beltway 8. The staff were pleasant, too. What I appreciated most was how kindly they handled the belongings I accidentally left behind when we checked out. Since I don’t live in the city, they kept my things until someone could pick them up for me. I recommend this hotel if you’ll be in the area.

We stayed for a week while waiting to move into our home. I usually avoid motels because the owners often don’t maintain them, but this Palace Inn Blue took good care of my fiancé and me. I’d definitely come back and recommend it. I’d accidentally booked a shorter stay than I meant to. They were kind about extending it instead of putting our things out, and we were so thankful.

I went late at night, and the staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, beautiful, and nicely decorated. For this price, I haven’t seen another place this lovely and luxurious.
