Julia gave us our first tour and did a fabulous job. I've lived at Hanover Post Oak for about six months, and it's been a great experience. The staff are welcoming and kind, the amenities and location are excellent, and our unit has amazing views and very good soundproofing.

I love living here. Austin was my leasing agent, and he answered every question I had, plus a lot more. He made the tour feel personal and went above and beyond. Even after the tour, he's been willing to help me feel comfortable settling in. I'd highly recommend checking out Hanover post oak and what it offers, and touring with Austin.

Lily, the concierge, made us feel at home from the moment we arrived at Hanover Post Oak Apartments. She was friendly, knew the area well, and gave us helpful suggestions for places to eat, shop, and go for entertainment. She also handled packages, coordinated deliveries, and answered questions efficiently, often anticipating what guests might need. The staff were professional and accommodating, and the property felt secure. The location was convenient for exploring Houston, with easy access to upscale shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. The accommodations were elegant and the amenities were good, making it a comfortable option for a short or longer stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place in Houston.

The maintenance team is top notch. Nick leads them, and he's kind and professional. Requests are handled quickly and properly, and he makes sure the property looks good and residents get good service. Victor, his assistant, is friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure details don't get missed. The office team is also great, with Erica leading a group of friendly, helpful people. Thanks to Mason, Julia, and Blanca. Post Oak is a beautiful, well-kept property. 10/10, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Julia made the tour feel welcoming and informative, taking her time with our questions instead of rushing through. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, and seemed to care about helping people find the right fit. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with the layout and amenities standing out. Everything was explained clearly. It was a great visit, and the property is high on my list because of the tour and Julia's service.
