Doubletree by Hilton Cape Cod - Hyannis

The front desk responded quickly when I contacted them, and I understand they can’t make up for parents not keeping an eye on their kids. Still, I wish our room hadn’t been placed near a big group of hockey players. My husband and I were happy with the hotel itself, but the kids, who looked about 10, played in the hall for hours. The first night they were still at it well past the 10 pm quiet hour, which is already too late in my view. The next day it had gone on for more than seven hours, and at 9:30 pm their parents were sitting on the hallway floor watching them carry on. They didn’t seem bothered that other guests were there.

We feel welcome and appreciated every time we come with our weekly tour groups. The luggage arrives incredibly fast, and we’ve had great encounters with breakfast Host John, server AJ, and front desk staff Jarod and Ahmed. Tonight Meghan and Bilema gave us attentive, efficient food service in Vyne. Another year here, and the staff are still wonderful.

The restaurant was short staffed, so the servers had to cover both tables and the bar. Our server did as well as she could, but the service was lacking. The cookies were great as always, and the room was very nice.

We loved the outdoor fireplace and used it every day. The grounds were impressive, the location was great, and the service was excellent. The rooms feel a little dated and could use more maintenance attention. Thanks!
