For $70, this was a good deal for a clean place to spend the night. I’d just stayed at a Super 8 for the same price and had a much worse experience. The lobby decor is pretty, the atmosphere is nice, and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. They take cash, don’t require a deposit, and offer free breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. My bed creaked, but it was comfortable, and everything seemed clean to me. I did notice some dirt in the shower, so the bathrooms could use more attention. The AC could be colder, and it took me a bit to figure out the TV. I didn’t see the major problems other reviewers mentioned, though I’d suggest taking down the AI photos.

Penny really deserves a raise. She’s friendly, professional, and keeps the place clean. She showed me how she shines the wood with Old English, which took me back to helping my mom polish furniture when I was a kid. She’s great, just awesome.

MAC, the manager, is a real gentleman and runs the hotel the way it should be run. He’s a great, extremely professional guy, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean and smelled great, and the hospitality gets a 10 from me. It’s kid-friendly and has a great breakfast. I’d recommend staying here.

The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. In the room, one bed sheet had white stains, the other bed had several hairs in it, and there were boogers stuck to the wall beside one of the beds. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was terrible.

I think this place is underrated. It’s a nice hotel for the price, and the coffee and popcorn are excellent. There are usually waffles, oatmeal, and toast for breakfast, and the staff will help whenever I need something. Penny on the night shift is my favorite. The place always smells clean when she’s working, and she keeps the waffle mix and coffee fresh and makes popcorn. She’s cheerful and friendly, and I enjoy stopping to spend time with her. If I need anything, I usually go straight to Penny.
