Hilton Americas-Houston

Charedea was bright and personable, and helped us at checkout by comping our parking for our anniversary. We had a great view of the fireworks from our comfortable room, and despite a couple of issues, we enjoyed the stay and plan to return. It was our first time at this location, booked for our anniversary and New Year's. Self-parking was easy to find, and the hotel felt clean and pleasant. The lobby had beautiful Disney-themed Christmas displays that added a joyful touch. Check-in was slow, though. As a Honors member, I expected quicker service and a warmer greeting, so that was disappointing. The bathroom also hadn't been cleaned properly, with long strands of hair on the shower wall.

I accidentally left a computer, important papers, and a few personal items behind after checkout. Since I live about three hours away, I called the hotel hoping they might still be there. Ivan Lopez, Head of Security, handled it personally. He sent security to the room, coordinated with the guest who had already checked in, and recovered everything. When I drove back to Houston, my belongings were wrapped carefully and organized. Ivan was kind and professional, and went out of his way to help. I tried to tip him, but he wouldn’t accept it, and he was just happy he could help me. The Hilton Americas-Houston security team and Ivan Lopez provided rare, outstanding service, and I’m very grateful.

Omar M from valet made our departure smooth and stress-free. He was quick, attentive, and genuinely kind, and left us with a great final impression. Every staff interaction was pleasant and professional. The Hilton Americas Houston was stylish, spotless, and comfortable, with impressive common areas, roomy rooms, and facilities well worth using. Everything felt organized and welcoming from arrival. Its location near the Toyota Center and downtown made it very convenient to get around.

The lobby’s Disney-themed Christmas decorations were so lovely that I kept taking photos. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and the bedding is really comfortable. This was my third stay at the Hilton in Houston, and everything was great again. I had to check out very early, so I missed the breakfast restaurant, but I’m sure it would have been just as satisfying as usual, especially with that great view. There are also several pubs nearby where you can enjoy a good beer.
