KEENAN was fantastic at the bar after we got back from the race. His drink suggestions and personality were great, and the Chipotle steak flatbread we ordered as a snack was delicious. We stayed on the 10th floor and it was quiet, with no banging or slamming doors. Breakfast was free and had pretty much anything you could want to eat or drink. We stayed Saturday night to be near NRG Stadium for Supercross, and would come back. The employees were friendly and helpful. The room felt a bit dated, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner, though the issue was minor.

The AC in our chosen room wasn’t working, so we talked with Kerman Sykes, one of the managers. He was kind and moved us to another room right away. We’ll come back because of Mr. Sykes. Really appreciate the customer service. Great hotel, bar, rooms, and service.

Robert was patient and kind when I needed help several times during my latest stay. After checking out, I realized I’d left a small bag of jewelry in the room’s safe. I called that evening, expecting it would be gone, but Robert said the maintenance man had found it and brought it to the desk. He assured me they’d hold onto it, and a family member picked it up the next morning. Many thanks to Robert and the maintenance man. I’ve stayed here a few times and have always liked the helpful, courteous staff, clean rooms, generous breakfast buffet, and its housemade salsa. The hotel has a positive feel and culture.

The attached garage felt safe, and the hotel has a nice bar, an outdoor social area, and an asteoturf dog run. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the place is immaculate, and staff are courteous and helpful. This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in 30 years of visiting Houston. Right now only one of the three elevators is working, so expect to wait at busy times like checkout.
