The staff are kind and wonderful, and once the renovations are finished, I’m sure this will be a nice place. They really should tell guests about the work beforehand, though. There’s no access to the gym or laundry, and the hot tub doesn’t work. I work late and sleep during the day, but the renovations were going on while I was trying to rest. It took four days to get the climate control in my room fixed. They didn’t act until I insisted on moving rooms. I’m here on the company’s dime and didn’t want to hassle with changing hotels. If they’d fixed the hot tub in the past four weeks, I wouldn’t have written this rant.

The location is close to everything you need, with just about anything you can name around the corner. Destiny at the front desk made my stay great through her courtesy and thoughtfulness. The hotel is being remodeled, though you can hardly tell. I can’t wait to stay here again once the work is finished.

Everyone was so nice, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and everything else. The housekeeper and front desk staff were fun, and Destiny especially helped us a lot. We’ve just checked out, but we’ll definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks to everyone!
