Maxim III Motel

My mom was staying at this motel, and I was only visiting. After she paid to leave, he charged her $30 to get a receipt. The customer service was horrible, and he was very rude and racist toward us as Black individuals. He treated customers like slaves, whether Black, white or brown. I know people can have bad days, and I understand there are rules and regulations, but you can’t mistreat people who are supporting your business. I have an 11 month old, and my sister served this country. I’m upset by how we were treated on this holiday. I’ll be calling Corporate and want this handled ASAP!!!

Everything works, and the staff and customer service are great. There’s plenty of parking, and the motel is in a quiet area. CVS and lots of food stores and restaurants are less than a mile away, some under five minutes from here. Keep up the good work!

It’s quiet and peaceful here, and I’ve never had a problem with this hotel. The rooms aren’t dirty or full of bedbugs as some other reviews claim. The guys running the place are down to earth, hospitable and respectable. There’s WiFi, lots of security cameras and a fenced area. The deadbolt keys are a fun bit of old school novelty, and they don’t need to be reprogrammed like digital keycards. I’ve stayed here around 12-15 days in the past month, so I feel I can speak to the experience. Keep up the good work.

The clerk was polite and open to negotiating the rate, and the bed and rest of the room were decent. It was mostly clean, though I found a half full water bottle in the freezer and dried spilled soup in the microwave. I’d recommend it and would stay again.
