Houston Marriott Westchase

Juan and Sally made breakfast at the Republic Grill the highlight of my stay. Over the past three mornings they were warm and professional, and seemed to know what I needed before I asked. The Huevos Rancheros were excellent each day, but their attentive service stood out even more. I hope management recognizes them, they set a high bar for hospitality. The Houston Marriott Westchase itself is very nice, and I was impressed by how clean and well cared for it is.

Jovanna, thank you for stepping in as a manager and sorting out my problem today. You were kind and treated me like a person, and that means a lot. My birthday trip will feel special because of your help. The hotel is beautiful and accommodating, and seems like a great getaway for families, couples, or people traveling solo. I can’t thank you enough!

Lauren made check-in easy for our work trip. My colleague didn’t have a reservation, but she found a way to accommodate us and arranged rooms next to each other, which really helped. She also took time to explain the amenities and was clearly enthusiastic about her job. The bellman was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating, and the whole team gave consistently good service. Those two deserve a raise! The Houston Marriott Westchase is a beautiful, carefully maintained property. Our room had modern furniture that looked nearly new, with hardly any visible wear. We were impressed from the moment we arrived, and I’ll definitely stay again on my next Houston trip.

The gym could use some attention, though I like that the cardio machines and weights are in separate rooms. The regular Marriott business-style rooms are clean and well looked after, and I’ve stayed here several times. What keeps the visits enjoyable is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, and the bar and restaurant team are fantastic. Jesus Lopez and Cristina handled all the unusual special requests we threw their way and were always happy to help.
