The only good part was one of the office women, the dark-haired one with glasses in the afternoon. She was exceptional. The light brown or orange-haired woman working mornings didn’t seem to understand customer service at all. The first room had broken AC and smelled moldy, so I was moved to one that was worse. It wasn’t cleaned properly: the kitchen and shower were disgusting, and there were clothes and food left in the cabinets and drawers. The toilet leaked all over the floor the whole time. None of the outlets worked except the ones by the TV and fridge. I left the next morning and couldn’t finish my stay, losing two nights’ worth of money. It wasn’t worth staying.

I needed a first-floor room, and they arranged one, helped me get settled, and checked on me every day. The manager, Yeti, is really nice. Ask for her if you stay, since she’ll take care of the things you need. There’s plenty of food, Walmart, and whatever else you want nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, but I’d do your best to avoid this place. The stairs and elevator smelled like pee, and there was always food and trash left on the floor. My room was dirty, full of roaches, and had stained sheets. The floors were uneven, and the air smelled of cigarettes and weed all the time. Even with the AC set to its coolest setting, it stayed warm.

Miss yeni is one of the best reception workers you could meet, and she’s great. The reception is nice, the rooms are great, and the service is good. If you need somewhere to stay for a few days or even a week, this is the place.
