The staff were very polite, but the room was awful. There were roaches and the beds were hard. My friend was told they didn’t have the room he’d booked, but when we asked to cancel, they said we couldn’t. They also required a $25 cash deposit, refunded after checkout if nothing was damaged.

We spotted lots of bugs, including roaches and bed bugs, within an hour of checking in. When we told the woman at the front desk, she was rude and unprofessional and basically said every hotel has bugs, as if that made it okay. They refused a refund because we’d been there “for and hour.” Save your money. Unless bugs are fine with you, I really wouldn’t recommend this motel. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The place was very loud at night, with loud knocking and people running in the halls, and I didn’t feel safe. There’s construction going on, and the work looks terrible: the floors aren’t stable, water was leaking from the water, and the bathroom floor wasn’t finished properly. Customer service was horrible. When I asked for my deposit back, she was rude and said unnecessary, unprofessional things. I never got the deposit because I’d paid by credit card, and no one had told me that wasn’t allowed by their policy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re new to the city.

We booked a room for two, but they gave us only one towel and refused to provide another when we asked. The security deposit was required in cash and wasn’t advertised. I booked through agoda.com, and the non-refundable booking made no mention of a deposit. The message afterward said $50, but my parents told me they were asked for only $25. The owner’s reply makes clear they don’t remember me: I wasn’t there, since I booked the hotel for my parents. I confirmed with them that nobody came up to bring more towels.
