Mustang Inn

For $60, this room wasn’t worth it. The toilet was broken, the floors were dirty, there were maggots in the bathroom, the table was busted up, and the TV barely worked, with half the channels freezing. The bed was terrible, with no blanket, only two thin flat sheets, no fitted sheet, and two very thin pillows. Jail provides more comfort. When I complained at the front desk, they said a customer had done something with gum on the floors a few months earlier. I mentioned the maggots, and the woman said, “yeah it’s from the same guy.” Absolutely ridiculous. You’d have better luck staying under a bridge.

The rooms are cozy and actually not bad, and the AC works well and blows cold. I needed somewhere to stay for a week, and when I asked at the office about the weekly rate, they gave me a 10 dollar discount. The guys and lady were very friendly, so expect respect and good customer service. I was satisfied with my stay. I also want to thank and give all the glory to Jesus Christ for providing the funds. He always makes a way, He is the way. Praying to our Father in Heaven is just the best. God bless.

When we decided to leave, they refunded us without a fuss. That’s the only good thing I can say. The hotel was awful, and I’d rate it zero stars if I could. The pillowcases had human hair, dirt, and some kind of stains. There was what I can only guess was an oil stain on the towels. Worst of all, when we pulled back the sheets on the king size bed, I didn’t even want to guess what was stained on them. Don’t stay here unless you have no choice.

The WiFi only worked when you stood in the office/lobby. They called it a kitchenette, but all that meant was a microwave sitting on top of a mini fridge. The bathroom was dirty, with no toilet seat cover, a shower curtain that looked mildewed, and crust on the shower head. Toilet paper had been stuffed into the vent to stop it leaking, and the doors were dirty and the counter dusty. My stay was poor, though at the same time it was okay.
