OYO Apartments at Establishment

Roaches come out of the plugs and sinks. These are the worst apartments you could live in. Management is horrible, treats you like crap, and blames random residents for problems happening in the apartments. The dumpsters get pulled up so badly that the smell spreads through the whole apartment, then they try to blame the people living right behind them. I'll send pictures.

The apartment is affordable and in a great area. When I toured, I really liked that my unit had a built-in bookcase. I'd recommend talking to the manager, Jessica.

We've basically given up on getting repairs handled. All five kitchen and dining area outlets have been out since we moved in back in February, and now it's August. Every time we ask, we get no real answer. When I stopped by for an update once, the front desk told me, “We have more important things to worry about.” I was only asking about the repair. Two stovetop burners have stopped working too, and I'm still waiting on those. They shut the water off for my building today without telling us. I checked with neighbors, and none of them had been notified either. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, and it's hard to get anything fixed in a timely way. We clean constantly, but the bugs are still gross. This is one of my worst rental experiences. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I'm just waiting out my lease. I'd tell people to skip it. It's not worth the hassle and headaches.

Jessica, the manager, was amazing and very helpful. It's a great, conveniently located community, and I love that it's pet-friendly.
