The room and property were clean and well maintained, but the beds were so uncomfortable I’d say they’re not for sleeping. Wake-up calls were a mess too. After 10:30, be ready for one every five minutes. The front desk representative was very rude.

Never again. On 01/14/24 in the afternoon, I got a wake-up call 15 minutes before checkout, which was fine. I was packing up to leave, and only five minutes later the receptionist started banging on my door like crazy. By the time I opened it, he’d left. He did it three times, then I caught him on the last one. He was banging just to tell me checkout time was coming up. What was the call for, then? They’re pushing guests out before the agreed checkout time.

I was visiting a guest when management called the room because I had taken “2 parking” at 9:55 pm. It was a very minor bite on my side and wasn’t intentional. I’d also parked in an isolated spot across from the room parking, with several spaces empty. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here. It’s not worth the hassle. Read the negative reviews and you’ll see similar complaints. Good reviews can always be bought, so consider yourself warned.

Management is way too intrusive. I checked in, dropped my things, and left to pick up a friend from the airport. They stayed in the car while I ran back to the room for my phone charger. As soon as I walked in, the phone rang. Management asked who was in my room, who was in the car, and what I was doing. That’s clearly none of their business. If you want to feel like you’re in prison, this is the place. I highly recommend staying away from this hotel.
