Pearl Greenway

I’m grateful to have affordable housing while I’m in grad school, and the team here has been great. I’ve been living here for eight months and it’s been a good experience overall. The hallways could use some attention, but they’re being renovated now. The front office staff are incredibly helpful, especially in person. Syneca has been especially kind and helpful in several situations, and the manager lately has been informative and good about communicating. I’d recommend the place.

The location is central, with retail, entertainment, and five grocery stores within a 1-2 mile radius. There’s also a resort-style pool, a fitness center, and a large business and work center. I’ve been at Pearl Greenway for nearly two months. Some parts of the community need fixing up, but the leasing staff have been the best part. Syneca Kindle was especially patient and helpful during my unit transfer, working through my indecision and making the move smooth.

I want to thank Joanne first. When I was apartment hunting from California, she was patient, kind, and a huge help, especially after I’d had a bad experience applying online based only on photos. After nine months at Pearl Greenway, I’d say my experience has been good. The apartments feel fairly new, the community is usually kept up, and management generally responds to complaints or suggestions. It’s been one of the better places I’ve lived for safety, cleanliness, and condition. The recurring problem is maintenance. Even after I’ve complained more than once, it’s still slow and unreliable. Basic requests can take several days, which affects everyday life. The property, location, and management team have a lot going for them, but maintenance keeps it from getting five stars. This will probably be my last year here. I never fully adjusted to Texas and am moving back to California, but I wanted to leave an honest account to help future tenants decide.

The move-in process was fast and seamless, thanks to Syneca Kindle’s organization and efficiency. She kept me updated, made time for my questions, and walked me through each part of the application and approval process so everything was clear. She was kind and reassuring throughout, which helped me feel comfortable and confident. From beginning to end, she made leasing smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. I highly recommend working with her.
