Relux at Westchase

When I come back to Houston, this is where I’ll stay. I’m originally from Alief and visit from time to time. I love Aisan food and Asian people, so it’s an easy choice for me. It’s clean and modern, with Smart TVs that aren’t busted, friendly staff, good security, and easy access to the main freeways. The Studio rooms are just right for one person or a couple who want a small kitchen for when they don’t eat out. I was there over a week with no complaints. You can even open the windows, which you hardly ever get to do in a hotel. It’s great value, and I can’t say enough good things!

Everything seemed nice until all four tires were stolen off my car during my stay. The front desk said that had never happened before, but somehow my car was targeted even though it was behind a gate that needs a code to enter. There were no security cameras close enough to that area, and no security. I filed a police report and asked the front desk if I could get some kind of compensation, but they refused. That’s crazy. I probably won’t stay here again.

The rooms are kept up nicely and work well for family visits. It was super clean, in a great area, and we didn’t have to go far for food or fun. My first time in Houston was a blast! I’m from Mississippi, so I know a good hotel. Five stars, and we’ll be back every time we come to Houston.

It was quiet and relaxing, which made the weekend feel like a real getaway. The room looked just like the photos and was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole way through, and the location and service made the price feel worthwhile. I had an amazing stay at Relux Hotel and would stay again.
