I had to change rooms three times because things kept failing: the coffee machine, air conditioner, and elevator. Maintenance wasn't available, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. At breakfast, staff members talked loudly in front of guests for hours. There was also a mold problem in the rooms. After housekeeping cleaned my room, my glasses and microphone were missing. I put up the Do Not Disturb sign because I didn't know what else might disappear. I complained and asked to be reimbursed, but that didn't happen. When I extended my stay and paid, they retaliated by demanding I leave immediately, without even an hour to pack. Half of my belongings are still at the hotel. They also don't want to return the deposit they owe me at checkout. They stole my things! If you want to pay and be treated like garbage, this is the place.

I was disappointed by how poor the service was. At check-in, the receptionist asked for a $100 deposit, and there's no restroom for guests outside the rooms. In the room, there was no body wash, the fridge didn't work, and the curtain looked dirty, like it hadn't been washed in ages. The bed wasn't comfortable either. Breakfast was coffee and a couple of pieces of fruit.

We came for a Thanksgiving family trip with my spouse and our three young children, including a newborn, but we're now staying here anxious and unable to sleep because we're afraid our vehicle will be robbed again. It was vandalized during our first two nights, and the staff have been unfriendly and unhelpful with our concerns. What should have been a happy trip has left me frustrated and worried. Our booking was through Expedia for November 22-28, 2025. After the first incident, I asked to cancel, but the hotel declined because we hadn't booked directly. I've tried to resolve it with both Expedia and the property, with no result.

Megan at the front desk wouldn't let me check in, despite the sign saying they accept service animals. Before I could even get to the room, she caused a scene, called the police, and refused my refund. She was rude and made things difficult at every turn. I've never had worse customer service. The hotel should hire people with better attitudes and customer service experience. Save yourself the hassle and inconvenience, and stay somewhere else.
