The staff made the difference in a stay that could have gone better, especially Cameron, who was the best. The hotel was clean, nice, and quiet even with renovations going on. During a false fire alarm, I was heading down the stairs with other guests when a woman coming up told us to go outside. The elevators were still out when I called the desk to check, and Cameron offered to carry my luggage down from the fifth floor. At checkout he apologized for the rough parts, though the bigger problem had been outside their control. This isn't a five-star place with a concierge lounge, but some staff treated me like it was. I was told at check-in that breakfast ended later, so I missed it when it actually closed at 9 am on weekdays. The hotel is close to a mall with several restaurants. I'll definitely stay again.

We’ve been bringing our members here every month for two years, and Imagine (Director of Sales & Catering) is a big reason we keep coming back. She really looks after guests and goes out of her way to make sure they have a good stay. The rates are reasonable, breakfast is included, and the rooms are clean. If you need anything, ask for Imagine. I’d recommend this hotel.

I booked a King suite as a Marriott bonvoy gold member, and I’m pretty disappointed with this location. There were pee stains on the toilet seat and hair in a few spots in the bathroom. I don’t usually post reviews, but take a look at the photos and judge for yourself. Now I’m wondering whether the room was actually clean or only made to look that way.
