The area is quiet, and the location is great, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. The place is clean and friendly, and the staff are attentive and helpful. All the front desk clerks are great to deal with, especially Rick on the night shift. He's the champ: he makes sure breakfast is ready on time and looks after customers' needs. They even try to match online rates when you check in, depending on the time, day, and season. Stop in at Super 8!

The staff were friendly, and housekeeping kept bringing fresh towels after I complained. But the room wasn't clean: the shower was dirty and full of ants when I arrived, the floor and sheets were dirty, and there was hair on my towel.

The breakfast suited me, and I liked that they offered bottles of water. The location also made it easy to get to work on time. I had a last-minute check-in, and the staff helped me out. My room was spotless, with crisp linens and a beautiful bathroom, and even the lobby looked elegant. Every detail felt just right. I had a spectacular stay at This SUPER 8 and will definitely be back.

They turned me away because I didn't have a physical copy of my service dog's paperwork. I showed it online, but they still refused service. If you're traveling with a service animal, don't book here. They were very rude. Update: Management said I hadn't verified that my animal was a service dog. I showed the front desk employee paperwork saying he was registered, but he insisted I needed a physical certificate and showed me a certificate for another dog. That's completely unacceptable. The manager who replied wasn't even the person at the desk, and the staff need better training.
