After I checked out, the owner charged me for extra days, claiming my room had been accessed even though I'd clearly said I didn't want service. They also require the deposit in cash, which leaves no paper trail. I do not recommend this place.

I needed somewhere near the airport after my flight was canceled, like several other reviewers, but this place was disgusting. The sheets were stained, and both the bathroom and room badly needed repairs. Their “breakfast” was a joke, just watery juice and muffins. Don't stay here.

I stayed one night before an early morning flight. The room was excellent and close to the airport. They required a $40 cash deposit, which they returned after inspecting the room at checkout.

The staff were rude and dismissive, and when I called from my mobile after waiting 30 minutes for the promised silverware, I was told to come get it myself. When I reminded the employee that someone had said it would be brought up, he snapped, “This is not a restaurant.” The room phone didn't work, and neither did the bedside lights or TV. There were no utensils either, and nobody was at the front desk when I first went for help. I eventually found a staff member outside who said someone would bring silverware, but nothing showed up. I know it's a budget hotel, but functioning basics and decent hospitality matter. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I'll take it up with Hotels.com and management. I don't recommend staying here under any circumstances. I couldn't give half a star. Worst.
