The Westin Houston Downtown

Victor made my stay at The Westin Downtown feel effortless from the moment I arrived. He was welcoming, attentive, and professional, and kept such a positive attitude throughout. He anticipated what I needed and handled everything efficiently. His pride in his work really showed, and I felt valued as a guest. Thanks to Victor, the stay was comfortable and memorable. The beds were so comfortable that it was easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel was spotless, from the entrance to the rooms and bathrooms, and even the fitness center. Staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming both when I arrived and when I checked out. I had a 5/5 stay at the Westin in downtown Houston and will definitely return.

Our wedding group stayed at The Westin Downtown, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The lounge and bar downstairs were a perfect spot to catch up over a drink with friends and family. The rooms were clean, modern, and affordable, and the service was top notch.

We chose to stay in the lobby for one more meal on checkout day, even though I usually like to explore the city before heading to the airport. We’d been so pleased with the service the day before that it felt right to eat there again. CASH looked after us and made it a lovely way to finish the visit. JON and BERTO from security were friendly and welcoming, too. The hotel was clearly full because of local events, but the team stayed calm and delivered a level of service that stood out. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we relaxed over lunch in the lobby. BILLY was a wonderful server, gave us great recommendations, and made the wait pleasant. I asked if the kitchen could choose any dessert from the menu and add a candle for my son’s birthday. BILLY handled it perfectly, and the thoughtful presentation made it a special moment for him. After traveling, I checked with the front desk about getting into a room sooner. WILLIAM and MICKEY were kind and helped with the initial check-in while looking at the options. The room type I’d booked wasn’t ready, so they put me in touch with supervisor MELISSA. She was professional and caring, and found a great solution for us. ANGEL in housekeeping was very friendly and quick to help when we needed something. On checkout morning, BELKIN and JOEL also took care of things promptly and professionally. I travel roughly every other week as a travel advisor, so I notice good hospitality. Special thanks to MELISSA, WILLIAM, MICKEY, BILLY, CASH, ANGEL, BELKIN, JOEL, JON, and BERTO. Our stay at the WESTIN HOUSTON DOWNTOWN was such a good experience that I look forward to booking it again when I’m back in Houston.
