John remembered me by name when I returned for my own stay, and went beyond what I expected to make sure we had a good experience. I was impressed and felt comfortable, and I want him to get the credit. The month before, my Sister had a reservation and I had parked my car there, and John made that really convenient for me. Shirley was very polite and sweet, too. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Houston. Thanks, John!

The bar restaurant had good food at fair prices, and the night bartender was friendly and gave helpful tips about the area. Breakfast is offered free, with à la carte options. The staff were kind and helpful across the board, including Shirley, Kelvin, John, and everyone else I spoke with. My room was clean, quiet, and the area felt safe. Restaurants and bars are close, as is public transit, including the airport bus.

My first stay at the Whitehall was amazing. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and it had everything I needed. Everyone on staff was warm and welcoming, and the valet team parked my car safely. I’d give this hotel 100 stars if I could.

We spent part of our stay by the pool, then went for drinks at the bar. Jose, the bartender, was friendly and so helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we had a great stay. We’ll be back for our anniversaries!

Adam and Jose at the Part & Parcel outside bar were friendly and quick with the drinks. Their local tips were the best part, helping us make plans and feel welcome in the city. The hotel is comfortable and centrally located. A larger bathroom would have been nice, though it wasn’t a problem.
