Westheimer 238 Apartments

I've been here almost two years and absolutely love it. After a long vacation, Megan greeted me as soon as I walked in. It felt so good to be welcomed back, because I'd really missed this place. The new coffee machine was a fun surprise too. Dog owners, the apartments have a big dedicated dog area. They recently added two separate gated spots where dogs can play off leash. It's been really helpful for dogs to make friends, and a game changer when you live in the loop and want to let them run off leash. Thanks to Megan, Aziza, and Ariel for always being kind and attentive. That's what makes this place feel so comforting. These are the best apartments I've ever lived in.

Aziza Ireland knows so many residents by name and greets them whenever they pass by. She looks out for me and makes sure I have what I need, from packages to renter’s insurance. If something needs sorting out, she’ll call and stay on the phone until it’s handled properly. She’s much more than a leasing professional, and she’s even there to comfort me when I have a meltdown. She’s a really special person, always helpful, and just great.

Aziza was upbeat and knowledgeable during the tour, and took time to explain the amenities as she showed them to me. The apartments are absolutely stunning, and I was sold by the end of the viewing. My budget didn’t stretch that far, but I’ll be coming back.

The office staff are always kind and helpful when I have questions, and maintenance usually responds to tickets the same day. I’ve been here two years and really enjoy living here. The community is great, and this is the best place I’ve lived in Houston so far. I’m proud to call it home.
