Best Western Plus Howe Inn

Our suite had two queen beds, a pullout couch, and two comfy chairs, and it was excellent. The continental breakfast had lots to choose from and was very good. I'd absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Dawn kept checking that we had everything we needed, and she had such an outstanding attitude with customers. She'd call to let us know whether anyone was using the pool, so we could avoid going when it was packed. Nicest customer service lady I've ever met.

The Wi-Fi was down, and neither of the two coffee machines was working, which is why I can't give this five stars. Luckily, we had a coffee maker in our room. We arrived late on 7/27 after a very long drive. The front desk employee was courteous and was even cleaning the glass door when we came in. We'd stayed in a lot of hotels that trip, and that was the only time I saw an employee actually being productive. The place was clean and conveniently located by I 80. We slept well without hearing much noise. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was nice. We also appreciated the filtered water dispenser in the lobby for refilling our bottle.

We were in town for the Shipshawana flee markets and stayed here for the first time. The room was clean and really nice, breakfast was great, and all the staff were polite and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.
