We left as soon as we saw the room. There was soda on the floor, mess all over the bed, and more dirt in and around the shower. The top of the door was broken, which we might have overlooked on its own, but the room was too dirty to stay in. At checkout, the desk staff were outside smoking; one came in to handle us, then we had to wait for the manager to finish smoking before the refund could be processed. The place felt dirty and unprofessional, and I wouldn't book here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was easy. The woman at the desk was really nice. My husband and I travel with our four-year-old Lab mix, and staying at a Red Roof is so convenient for us.

We found the service here amazing, and the housekeepers always went out of their way for guests. Michelle and Alayna at the front desk were especially warm and caring (sorry if I spelled Alayna wrong). My wife and I have stayed in a few motels, and this Red Roof has been the best. It was peaceful, with no people yelling in the parking lot, and restaurants and shopping were easy to reach. Thanks to everyone there for all you do. God bless.

This Red Roof was really nice, and I'd stay again. The room was clean and in good shape, especially for the price. I spent one night there while traveling from Kentucky to Massachusetts, and it was a pleasant surprise after some awful budget hotels. I've learned to pay a little more for a nicer place, since those awful ones have been charging too much lately. Honest review from a travel nurse.

The room was clean after a quality renovation, and the bed was comfortable. For the money, this is the best value I've found in a hotel in years, and the best Red Roof I've stayed at in a long time. It's near the turnpike, which is handy, though traffic noise is likely. I found it like white noise and slept well. If the price stays as it is, I'll definitely come back.
