The hotel itself was really nice, and the staff were too. Kudos to Ms. Dana, Tim, Amadea, and the Bistro staff. If I've forgotten anyone, my apologies. The first room was nice, but the refrigerator was far too small. The shower floor was slippery with just water, and I fell. There was no hand rail. After I reported it, they moved me right away to an ADA room. That room had a chair instead of the little love seat, and the refrigerator was still tiny. The beds were uncomfortable, like the mattress needed replacing, and the pillows were so bad I had to buy my own.

We stayed the night to see family before heading home to South Carolina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I do wish the Bistro meals cost less, though. They're not free.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the customer service was great. My only complaint is that well-lit parking is limited. As a woman traveling alone, I can never be too cautious, and the back lot isn't well lit.

There's a restaurant on site serving coffee, breakfast, and supper. They provide a limited amount of free coffee with a Kcup in the room. The food seemed to have the convenience markup that comes with eating on site.

As a local resident, we wanted somewhere nice to relax and swim, and Courtyard Marriott was just that. They were very guest friendly and wallet friendly too. Highly recommend.
