When we returned from Africa, the hotel shuttle was broken. They said they could call a Lyft, but none were available at first, and the hotel didn’t initially suggest another way to get us there. We called taxi companies, tried Uber, and eventually got Lyft to work. By then we were so fed up that at 9 p.m. my husband and I decided to drive back to Marquette, no longer tired because we were so worked up. I called to cancel our room and they thankfully agreed, but said we owed $75 for parking. Before our trip, I’d called several times and employees assured me parking was free if we stayed the night before leaving. One even said they only thought about charging after more than a month. I confirmed again at check-in that there’d be no extra charge. I also called the GM yesterday to discuss it, but she never called back. Please train employees on the airport parking policy.

The service was top notch and everyone was super friendly. The rooms were comfortable, and the shower was magical, probably the best part of the stay. Breakfast was so-so and would have been better hot. The pool room was filthy and needs a complete redo. I wouldn’t go in there, and the hot tub was broken. No one told me at check-in. For the price, it was disappointing overall, and I won’t return.

We came to town for my son’s 21st birthday and had an amazing weekend, Feb 6 2026. Hannah at the bar was great and really knows how to make a True Old Fashion. Michele at the front desk was top notch, with great suggestions for things to do and places to hear live music. The rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks for making the weekend memorable!

The bed was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is great, especially if you’re catching a flight from GRB. The bathtub was cracked and looked a bit dirty. The heat and AC unit was so noisy that I couldn’t leave it on overnight. Fine for one night before or after a flight, but I’m not sure I’d stay longer.

I usually don’t take the time to write bad reviews, but this place was so awful I had to say something and hope they pay attention. They’re understaffed and ignoring preventative maintenance. The bases of the emergency exit and main door frames are rusted out. They just don’t take care of the hotel, and I wouldn’t stay here again even for free. I’d sleep in my car if it came to that. The pool was disgusting. Underwater, the tile looks bright blue in pictures, but above the water it was dark brown with a thick layer of grime and people had scratched comments into it. Our room was dim, dingy, and poorly maintained. The beds were horrible, the carpet was dirty, and there was a huge clump of hair stuck to the shower wall. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
