Our first assigned room hadn’t been cleaned: the door was open and the bed was unmade. We were moved to another room, which looked cleaner but still wasn’t very clean. The toilet had streaks, the shower was stained, and the jacuzzi tub looked dirty and neglected. Water shot sideways out of the bathroom sink, and a large gap under the door let in lots of hallway light. The room was very hot and humid because the thermostat wouldn’t go below 75. The door handle also felt loose and insecure. I wouldn’t stay again.

We booked this place for its advertised airport shuttle, then found out there wasn’t one and had to pay extra to get there. Inside, the room had a heavy onion and mold smell, which got worse whenever we turned on the heating or AC. We ended up sleeping with the window open. The floors were stained throughout, and there was a cockroach by the pool. The beds seemed questionable too, my kids thought someone had slept on top of them. Between the cleanliness and the missing shuttle, it was a really disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The room smell was awful, like mold and damp, and it seemed to be everywhere, even on the shower head. My friend is very allergic to mold and could barely breathe. I felt so uneasy trying to sleep there that even praying felt uncomfortable. We were moved three times within about two to three hours of checking in. The first room’s fire alarm went off unexpectedly and smelled burnt. The second had no working AC and was unbearably hot. We finally left the next day and booked another hotel, even though we’d planned to stay three days. The place was nearly empty when we arrived, which should’ve been a warning. It was cheap, but I can see why. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

The wait for a key didn’t help an already uncomfortable stay. It was two hours past check-in time, but staff still had to check whether my room was ready, and they were slow about it. The room had dust, stained sheets, rugs and couches, plus a bad smell as soon as we walked in. Everything looked old and worn, like it hadn’t been cleaned or updated in years. The bathroom was especially rough, with grime in the corners and old fixtures. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless the place gets serious cleaning and renovations.
