Staff were nice, the hotel was clean, and we’d probably come back if we’re in the area. The location is convenient, close to the airport and just north of downtown, with an easy drive. Walmart, Academy, CVS, and other stores are only a few minutes away by car. Breakfast was good, and the Texas waffles are cute. My small gripe: the milk was by the coffee, so when my kid wanted cereal we had to find it and then get through the coffee crowd. An extra milk supply by the cereal would help. The walls are thin, too. We heard the kids next door yelling and playing for a while. I didn’t want to call the front desk to snitch, and they eventually quieted down, but it could bother light sleepers.

The suite was spacious, the beds were awesome, and there was a complimentary laundry room plus a clean, nice fitness center and pool area. The hotel is a few miles from IAH. The website said the shuttle started at 5, but during our stay it was 630am, so we called an Uber. An Uber XL was around $30. Breakfast was included.

After a long day of canceled and delayed flights, my family and I needed a last-minute overnight stay in Houston. Kelvin at the front desk arranged a shuttle to the hotel and got us into a room right away. He even sorted out a shuttle ride so we could pick up food nearby. Excellent customer service!

Checking in with Calvin at the front desk was easy and fantastic. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and just outstanding. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Houston!

The shower gets properly hot, maybe a little too hot, and the pressure is good. The suite itself is great, too. Its fans move a lot of air without much noise, and the central AC is much quieter than a window unit.
