The room was comfortable and just as described, with good amenities, and I slept well. There was a faint smell of smoke coming in through the window, which I assume came from a nearby guest, but it didn’t take much away from the stay. The hotel looked clean and well maintained when I arrived for my business trip. Hannah at the front desk stood out. She made sure I got the room type I’d requested, then gave me great directions to a nearby restaurant when I asked where to have dinner. Her professionalism and genuinely helpful service made the start of my trip stress-free. With such comfortable accommodations and great staff, I’d highly recommend the hotel in the area for business or vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Hunt Valley and would definitely come back. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a comfortable feel, and everything seemed well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and very good, with a nice range of choices.

We’ve come for four days of family visits twice in the last year, and the place has been first class in every way. Martha made our room so clean each day, it felt like nobody had stayed there the night before. Miss Loretta put on an incredible breakfast in a super clean area, and even had my favorite yogurt. Rachel at the front desk was ready to help with any questions. Many thanks to them all, we look forward to returning!

This was my second work stay here, and I’d highly recommend the place. The rooms were really clean and great, and Hannah was so sweet and welcoming when I checked in on my first visit. This time my reservation had a problem that was completely my fault. Hannah and her GM went above and beyond to sort it out. Thank you, Hannah!

The price and location are big pluses. For $10 more than the motels in this price range, many of which have bed bugs, roaches, and awful reviews, I got a nice, clean room and peace of mind that I wouldn’t bring bed bugs or roaches with me. Solid four stars. The woman who checked me in was warm, friendly, and so helpful. I’d give five stars just for her. The night auditor guy wasn’t very friendly, though most aren’t, I guess. The rest of the hotel was a solid four.
