Steps from the Huntington Beach Pier, brilliant sunrises give way to the promise of a new day, and golden coastlines with their impending swells beckon surfers, visitors and locals alike. Rates are inclusive of resort fee. In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned. No name changes allowed. Pets are allowed. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 per pet is required. (Fee subject to change) The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. (Fee subject to change)

We had a great vacation here with our two kids, both under 10. The hotel is nice, right across the street from the beach, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained, though a little small. I would have liked more privacy in the bathroom, but it was otherwise fine. Staff were attentive and helpful with our questions, and the pool team were always happy to assist. Breakfast seemed pricey, so we ate elsewhere. Valet brought my car quickly when I requested it by text. But every time I went for the keys, attendants asked if I was checking out or coming back. It happened each day and got annoying, especially when we were dressed for the beach and heading to another nearby beach. Asking that from the second day on felt puzzling and silly; some context clues would have helped. Still, I'd recommend Pasea. There's always something going on.

The location made everything easy: the beach is close, and we could walk to food, coffee or a spot for a sunset stroll. It has a nice mix of convenience and a relaxing feel. The service is what really stood out, from check-in to checkout. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and attentive, and the little details showed how much the team cares about guests. Pasea feels elevated but still welcoming. One of my best stays in SoCal, and we'll absolutely return.

The Treehouse rooftop bar was a highlight, with amazing views over the ocean and Huntington Beach skyline, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxed, and it was a great place for a drink. The hotel restaurants were also fantastic, with impressive food and presentation at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool area is beautiful and restful, with plenty of comfortable seating and ocean breezes. Rooms are spacious, modern and thoughtfully designed, and many have wonderful ocean views. Comfort and cleanliness were excellent throughout. Staff were friendly, professional and eager to help, making everything feel easy and welcoming. Pasea Hotel & Spa is a lovely oceanfront resort, and I'd happily stay again.

We celebrated our anniversary here over Easter weekend. The partial ocean view from our clean, spacious room was lovely by day and especially at night. Check-in was quick, and the front desk and valet attendants were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The big hotel lobby was beautiful, and though we didn't try the restaurant or bar, they looked really pretty. The dog area was convenient, but not as clean as I would have liked, so we took our dog across the street to the park instead. Room attendants were quick to bring whatever we needed when we called.

The atmosphere, food and strong drinks were all great, and the hotel itself was amazing. Service was excellent from the moment we pulled up. Every employee we spoke with was kind and helpful. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in, and I'd highly recommend it.
