The staff we dealt with were exceptional, but there were a few problems with the room. We’d been promised a king bed and got a queen instead. I assume it was because I needed a handicapped room, but people who need accessible rooms still like sleeping in a king bed. We also found a dirty sock under the footstool, and a lot of shower water ran toward the toilet.

Clean, spacious rooms and amazing staff, plus a good breakfast, make this a great little hotel for the price. Just know that the rooms have exterior entrances. Give it a try.

Good location and very nice staff. It’s an updated hotel with comfortable bedding, and the price is great. Breakfast is basic, but the usual standard quality.

The room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities, though the decor is a bit different. The location is excellent. The front desk representative was marvelous, welcoming, and efficient.

They consider me “a local” even though I live an hour away in another county, and required a $200 cash deposit. I wasn’t prepared to pay that, and they wouldn’t accept another form of deposit. If the cash requirement had been clearly stated, I wouldn’t have booked. I appreciated that the clerk understood my frustration and agreed to cancel the reservation without any trouble.
