The biggest issue for me was the cost of changing plans. Work meant I had to leave early, and the early checkout charge was nearly the price of another night. Valet parking was also surprisingly expensive, almost as much as my stay, and the extra fees weren’t explained as clearly as I’m used to at other hotels. With a business schedule that can shift, I’d think twice about booking here. If your plans are firm and you’re coming for a romantic getaway or some leisure time, it may suit you well. There’s a lot to like about the hotel itself: it has a stylish look, an impressive feel, and a great location in Huntsville. The staff who welcomed me when I arrived in the afternoon were especially kind. I travel often for work, and this was a short but memorable stay. I just wish the costs had been made clear upfront.

The restaurant was great, and valet was quick and easy to use. I liked the separate bedroom, too. The rooms look good and have a nice layout, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. Leaks in the ceilings made the place feel cheaper than it should. The location worked well, but getting in and out by car would be easier if parking didn’t require valet. Still, I had a good experience.

I’m a Diamond member and am staying here now, but I’m very disappointed. The rooms feel dated, and there was a huge stain on the comforter when I checked in. Housekeeping comes in but doesn’t make the beds. Customer service has been one runaround after another, and management still hasn’t addressed the problem. I’m not sure if Helen Keller is managing housekeeping. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly suggest staying somewhere else. This hotel shouldn’t be part of the Curio collection.

This was our best layover in the system. Paul helped make the stay great, and Tiffany and Maryelisbeth were wonderful when we checked in. Thanks for everything!

The halls got really loud around midnight, with people running and screaming. That shouldn’t be happening that late. Apart from the noise, I had an awesome stay at the Hilton. Service was first class, breakfast was great, and I loved the rooftop bar.
