The room had plenty of counter space and a full-size fridge, which would be handy for a longer stay. But we weren’t impressed overall. Our shower still had a washcloth from the previous guest, the bed wasn’t comfortable, and a king bed with just three pillows felt skimpy. We could hear the TV next door and people moving around, and the heavy doors slammed whenever someone left a room. Breakfast was hard to make sense of, with food behind a small plexiglass case that looked unappealing. Making your own breakfast sandwich seemed to be the main idea, though we didn’t look closely enough to judge the full selection. A child was coughing loudly over the food. This location felt below other Hilton properties and other hotel brands we’ve tried.

We came with a big group of swimmers for a travel meet, and the front desk ladies were wonderful. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Thanks for hosting all of us!
8/10
The room had lots of space for five people, the beds were clean, and the bathroom was nice aside from a few small stains in the shower. I also appreciated that the digital key actually worked, since that can be hit or miss at other hotels. The front entrance locks at night, which made me feel safer. There were plenty of breakfast choices, though the juice wasn’t very good. Staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere.
2/10
Our car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. Someone smashed the window and stole everything, and the hotel offered no help. There are no cameras, and we were basically told that was just too bad. The manager even said that if the criminals had assaulted us in the lot, there was nothing they could do. The lock on our room door also mysteriously broke during our stay. We’ll never stay here again.

Marco made our stay at Home2Suites feel especially welcoming. He was warm and hospitable throughout our trip, and our whole group appreciated it. We had a great stay.
