We got upgraded for free and were allowed to check in almost four hours early. The room was clean and had a cleaner smell that we liked. Breakfast tasted good, though it was very bare-bones, and the gorgeous back patio was a lovely spot to eat it. The air system reset to 74 every night, about two hours after we’d lowered the temperature. The pool and hot tub were closed even though the booking site said they’d be available. If that matters to you, I’d call and ask first.

The prices are extremely reasonable, and you don't get the usual nonsense you find at places in this price range. Everything was beautiful, the rooms were gorgeous, and the views were amazing. The staff were wonderful, and the owner was a very nice man when we spoke with him. Thanks for being so kind to my mom, my boyfriend, and me. We’ll definitely be back ❤️🤸

For what we paid, it was fine. The room was clean enough and acceptable, and the staff were friendly when we had a problem with our first room. The breakfast was a little sad even for a cheap hotel: preformed egg patties were the only hot option, alongside cereal, yogurt, waffles, white bread, and oranges. The common areas are quite old and need remodeling. Hallways and room were both pretty dim.

We'd stay here again. It's only about 35 minutes from the Zion entrance, with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was the usual complimentary continental spread with waffles, cereal, eggs, and so on. Don't expect a fancy hotel or amenities at around 30 bucks a night, but it's really nice for the price.

Breakfast starts at 6:30, so you can eat and get to the Zion visitor center parking lot before 8. It's about a 30 minute drive to Zion NP. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The AC heating worked well, with strong airflow, little noise, and no odd smell. The shower had plenty of hot water. Very clean, and a great value with everything I'd want from a budget hotel.
