I checked in on 1/23/26, and the young man at the desk handled it professionally. The room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and quiet at night. The other desk staff, including the young men and the older woman, were excellent too. My trouble was with one younger woman, who came across as unprofessional to me. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but I'd encountered her before and she hadn't spoken to me then either. The weather was bad, and I understood that staffing was difficult. Still, my room wasn't serviced the next day, so I went down for towels and a face rag and asked about clean sheets. They apologized and blamed the weather. The following day, the room still hadn't been serviced, and I was given the same explanation. On Monday, I asked before leaving whether anyone would service it. The woman said there weren't enough workers and she didn't want to overburden the people who were there. I later saw a young woman with a cart servicing rooms, but mine still wasn't done. I was told I could take sheets upstairs and change them myself, which felt very unprofessional. I had also arranged an extension to my stay with that same desk worker. She seemed busy, and I know there were staffing problems, but the interaction still felt unprofessional. When she said I could change the sheets myself, I joked, “Will I get my paycheck in the mail?” I was only joking, though maybe she wasn't in the mood. In the end, I won't recommend this hotel to my company. It's a very nice hotel, which makes the staff experience a shame.

Joe at the front desk was amazing. He had a great smile and laugh, and the customer service was lovely. The place smelled fresh and felt welcoming when I walked in. I loved the soft bed and those pillows felt like clouds. The bathroom was nicely set up, with hot water and everything, though I did find hair on the toilet, floor, and tub. I'll be back.

This is fine for sleeping and showering during a quick overnight stop. It's a no-frills place, and we managed to grab coffee and a waffle before heading out even though breakfast doesn't officially start until 7 a.m. Watch your step in the breakfast area: there's a noticeable bubble where the carpet has lifted, and I tripped on it. Hopefully it gets fixed before someone falls.

The staff made a rough work week feel a lot less lonely. What began as a three-day trip stretched to eight, and I felt more like a guest in someone's home than just another hotel customer. If you travel a lot and stay in hotels, you'll know what I mean. I'd definitely recommend this place. Ms. Bobbi, the manager, was so helpful. When my dog got sick, Jessie found me a list of vets, checked on us, and went out of her way to help. She was there when things went sideways. Ms Sharon was quiet and sweet. Nick looks like a big teddy bear and has that kind of personality, while staying professional. Joe, I hope that's his name, is the skinny guy with a mustache who always smiled and made me feel welcome. The hotel and floors were always clean, and my room was ready when I checked in. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was hot. Work was HELL WEEK, with NOTHING going right, but thank you all for making the stay so much better.

We showed up at 11 p.m. without a reservation and the staff got us checked in smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the price. The building was bright, clean, and smelled nice, and our modern room had everything we needed. Breakfast was the best continental one I've had at a hotel, with biscuits and gravy. It's conveniently located, and I'd recommend it and stay again.
